While inspectors usually don't inspect the detectors or guarantee their workability, we will be happy to test them for you so that at least you will know they are in place and working. If we see areas without detectors where we think they are needed we will make recommendations. Put a fresh battery in each when you move in and be sure to the replace each battery with the spring and fall season changes.
